Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website codelinkinternational.com, our software development and digital services, and our SaaS product LinkFlow AI, all operated by Codelink International Pvt Ltd("Codelink International", "we", "us"). By using our website, engaging us for a project, or subscribing to LinkFlow AI, you agree to these Terms.

Our other product, Ticketsmoon (ticketsmoon.com), is operated as a separate platform under its own terms of service published on that site.

1. Services we provide

We provide custom software development, AI/ML systems, blockchain development, digital marketing & SEO, UI/UX design, and cloud/DevOps services, along with our SaaS product LinkFlow AI. All client projects are governed by these Terms together with the specific proposal, quotation, or Statement of Work ("SOW") agreed with you. Where the two conflict, the signed SOW takes priority.

2. Project engagements

  • Project scope, timelines, deliverables, and fees are set out in a proposal or SOW agreed with you before work begins.
  • Projects are typically billed as a deposit followed by milestone or monthly payments, as agreed in the SOW.
  • Ownership of custom deliverables (code, designs, documentation) transfers to you upon full payment for that deliverable, unless the SOW states otherwise. We may retain the right to reuse general-purpose components, libraries, and know-how that are not specific to your project.
  • Refunds and cancellations for project work are handled under our Refund Policy.

3. LinkFlow AI subscriptions

  • LinkFlow AI is billed on a recurring monthly basis per the plan you select.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until you cancel.
  • You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current period, per our Refund Policy.
  • We may reasonably change plan features or pricing with advance notice to active subscribers.

4. Pricing & payment

Prices for customers in Sri Lanka are shown and billed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR). International clients may be billed in USD or another agreed currency. Payments are processed securely through licensed payment partners, including Dialog Genie / Genie Business. We do not store your full card details on our own servers. You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your purchase.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our website or products to:

  • Break any applicable law or regulation.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data.
  • Upload malicious code or interfere with the normal operation of our services.
  • Use LinkFlow AI to process data you do not have the right to process.

6. Intellectual property

The Codelink International name, logo, website content, and the LinkFlow AI software (excluding your own workspace data) are our property or licensed to us. Nothing in these Terms transfers that ownership to you, except as expressly agreed in a signed SOW for project deliverables.

7. Third-party services

Our website and products may link to, or integrate with, third-party services (for example payment gateways, GitHub, Jira, or Slack). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Sri Lankan law, Codelink International will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a paid service is limited to the amount you paid us for that specific service in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to LinkFlow AI if these Terms are breached, with reasonable notice where practical. You may stop using our services at any time; fees already due remain payable.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Colombo, Sri Lanka.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective date" above shows when they were last revised. Continued use of our website or products after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
