Privacy Policy

Codelink International Pvt Ltd("Codelink International", "we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through codelinkinternational.com and our product LinkFlow AI, why we collect it, how we protect it, and the rights you have over it. It is written to comply with the Sri Lanka Personal Data Protection Act, No. 9 of 2022("PDPA").

This policy does not cover Ticketsmoon (ticketsmoon.com), which is a separate product with its own privacy policy published on that site.

1. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of personal data:

  • Contact & enquiry data — when you submit our contact form: first and last name, company email, company name and country, the service you need, your project brief, budget range, and how you found us.
  • Account & product data — if you sign up for LinkFlow AI: your name, work email, workspace and project data you enter, and data from integrations you connect (e.g. GitHub, Jira, Slack).
  • Payment data — when you pay for a subscription or a service invoice, payment card details are collected and processed directly by our licensed payment partner (including Dialog Genie / Genie Business, operated by Dialog Axiata PLC). We do not receive or store your full card number, expiry date, or CVV on our own servers.
  • Technical data — standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) generated automatically by visiting our website.

We do not currently use third-party advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy and, where required by law, ask for your consent first.

2. Why we collect it

  • To respond to enquiries and prepare project proposals.
  • To create and operate your LinkFlow AI account and provide the service you subscribed to.
  • To process payments and issue invoices/receipts, including in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR).
  • To meet our legal, accounting, and tax obligations.
  • To keep our website and products secure and working correctly.

3. Who we share it with

  • Payment processors (e.g. Dialog Genie / Genie Business and other licensed payment gateways) — to process your payment.
  • Cloud & infrastructure providers (e.g. AWS) — to host our website and LinkFlow AI, which may process data on servers outside Sri Lanka.
  • Integrations you choose to connect in LinkFlow AI (e.g. GitHub, Jira, Slack) — only the data needed for that integration to work.

We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

4. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and for our own record keeping. We keep account and payment data for as long as your account is active, plus any period required by Sri Lankan tax and accounting law after that.

5. Your rights under the PDPA

You have the right to:

  • Ask what personal data we hold about you, and get a copy of it.
  • Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Ask us to delete your data, subject to our legal retention obligations.
  • Object to, or ask us to restrict, certain processing.
  • Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent.
  • Lodge a complaint with Sri Lanka's Data Protection Authority (dpa.gov.lk) if you believe we have mishandled your data.

6. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards — including encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) connections and access controls — to protect the data we hold. No online service can guarantee perfect security, but we work to keep your data safe and to respond quickly if something goes wrong.

7. Children's privacy

Our website and products are intended for businesses and individuals aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
