UI / UX design
Design That Converts
& Delights
From user research and wireframes to production-ready design systems — we design digital products that users love and businesses can build on. WCAG 2.1 AA by default.
What we design
End-to-end design services
Product Design & UX Strategy
User flows, information architecture, wireframes, and interactive prototypes — validated with real users before development starts.
Design Systems & Component Libraries
Figma design tokens, branded component libraries, and Storybook documentation that keep design and code in sync.
Mobile UX Design
iOS and Android experiences that follow platform HIG conventions — gesture design, navigation patterns, and accessibility built in.
User Research & Usability Testing
User interviews, card sorting, tree testing, heatmap analysis, and Maze usability sessions that turn assumptions into evidence.
UI Visual Design & Motion
Brand identity, visual design language, micro-interactions, Lottie animations, and illustration systems that make products memorable.
UX Audits & Redesigns
Heuristic evaluation, accessibility audit (WCAG 2.1 AA), competitive analysis, and a prioritised redesign roadmap.

Products we've designed
SaaS Design System (Australia)
240+ component design system with Figma tokens, dark mode, and Storybook integration — cutting frontend development time by 60% and passing WCAG 2.1 AA audit.
Mobile Banking UX Redesign (Singapore)
Full UX redesign of a mobile banking app based on 60+ user interviews — increasing task completion by 42% and reducing support tickets by 61%.
E-commerce UX Overhaul (UAE)
Checkout flow redesign backed by heatmap analysis and A/B testing increased conversion rate by 38%, generating $1.2M in additional annual revenue.
Our process
How we design products
Discovery & Research
Stakeholder interviews, user research, competitive analysis, and analytics review to ground every design decision in evidence.
Information Architecture
User flows, sitemap, content hierarchy, and navigation structure defined and tested with card sorting and tree testing.
Wireframes & Prototypes
Low-fidelity wireframes iterated rapidly, then interactive Figma prototypes usability-tested with real users before visual design.
Visual Design
Brand-aligned UI design, design system tokens, component library, and motion design spec — all in Figma with developer handoff.
Accessibility & QA
WCAG 2.1 AA audit, colour contrast check, screen reader testing, and responsive design QA across all breakpoints.
Launch & Iteration
Design support during development, post-launch analytics review, and continuous iteration based on real user behaviour data.
FAQ
Design questions
What is the difference between UI and UX design?
UX (User Experience) design focuses on how a product works — user flows, information architecture, wireframes, and usability. UI (User Interface) design focuses on how it looks — visual design, typography, colour, and micro-interactions. Good digital products need both: great UX with poor UI feels clunky; great UI with poor UX is beautiful but confusing. We deliver both.
How long does a product design project take?
A UX audit and redesign of a specific feature takes 3–5 weeks. Designing a new product from scratch — research through production-ready screens — takes 8–16 weeks. A full design system build typically takes 6–10 weeks. We scope based on scope and complexity after a discovery call.
Do you build design systems?
Yes — design systems are one of our core specialisms. We build Figma component libraries with design tokens, variants, and auto-layout, paired with Storybook documentation for developers. This bridges the gap between design and code, dramatically reducing frontend build time and keeping product consistency at scale.
Can you work with our existing development team?
Absolutely. We integrate with your team via Figma for design handoff, Zeplin or Storybook for developer specs, and regular design/dev syncs. We align component naming with your codebase and produce CSS/Tailwind token exports that map directly to your design system.
Do you conduct user research?
Yes. We run user interviews, usability testing via Maze or moderated sessions, heatmap and session recording analysis with Hotjar, and quantitative analytics review. Research is not optional — it is how we validate that design decisions will actually work before they reach production.
